What you must not do on NotariPro
- Notarize documents that violate Philippine law or the 2004 Notarial Practice Rules.
- Backdate, post-date, or otherwise falsify the date of a notarial act.
- Use NotariPro to perform notarial acts outside your territorial jurisdiction.
- Share your credentials with anyone, including paralegals, office staff, or family members. Each user requires their own account.
- Submit forged identification, fake commission documents, or impersonate another notary.
- Upload malicious files, run scrapers against the service, or attempt to bypass our access controls.
- Send unsolicited bulk email through our dispatch tools.
- Resell access to the service.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Violations involving falsified notarial acts or the use of stolen credentials will be reported to the Office of the Bar Confidant of the Supreme Court.

If you believe a NotariPro account is being used to commit notarial fraud or violate these rules, please write to abuse@notaripro.app with as much detail as you can.
